2. Confirmation

With the confirmation of the registration by the organizer, the participation is mandatory.

3. Services

The participation fee supplies are included. Notwithstanding this, special services, such as sequencing, transportation costs and scripts are billed separately. A lab coat is on loan and made available free of charge. In anatomy courses the laundering of lab coats may be charged in particular cases.

4. Payment modalities

The invoice is payable immediately upon receipt.

5.1 Experimental courses

Cancellations by the participant

• Up to 14 days before the course starts a fee of 20% will be due from individuals or groups;
• Between 14 and 7 days before the course begins 50% of participation fee will be charged;
• After 6 days before the course a refund of course fees is no longer possible.

In case of cancellation of the course by the organizer, the fee is refunded completely. Further claims are excluded.

5.2 Accomodation - Meals - Excursions

Cancellations by the participant after 6 days before the course starts, or if in between the number of notified and arrived guests a reduction of at least ten percent occurs or if the guests do not appear at all, the organizer requires a compensation of 50% percent of all services agreed upon per person and day, unless the guest proves that we have incurred less or no damage.

6. Content and Lecturers

Content, schedule, location and lecturers of the course may be changed while maintaining the overall character of the event.

7. Jurisdiction

Jurisdiction is Göttingen
